Senior Construction Projects Manager

Responsibilities
• Devise and implement the Construction Projects development strategy in your area.
• Develop the customer portfolio and canvass new markets.
• Target invitations to tender and submit bids with relevant internal and external partners.
• Estimate costs and compile commercial, technical, financial and legal aspects of bids in line with
relevant considerations regarding regulations, quality, health, safety and the environment.
• Lead negotiations, finalise contracts and ensure they are profitable.

Required profile/qualities
• 5 years of higher education in business or engineering specialising in energy or building and public
works.
• Commercial and technical skills.
• Experience in the competitive environment for construction projects.
• Self-sufficiency, ability to listen, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and safety awareness.

Construction Projects Manager

Responsibilities
• Analyse customer needs and provide proactive input for technical studies.
• Estimate costs, negotiate and draw up quotations.
• Oversee projects to ensure compliance with lead times and safety standards, and coordinate the
work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure technical compliance and provide budget monitoring for construction projects.
• Assist operators during the handover of completed projects.

Required profile/qualities
2-4 years of higher education in thermal engineering, electrical engineering or energy.
Self-sufficiency, ability to listen, teamwork, attention to detail and safety awareness.

Construction Projects Officer

Responsibilities
• Analyse customer needs, provide consulting and pitch projects.
• Draw up quotations and contracts with subcontractors, and ensure they are applied.
• Supervise and coordinate work sites until acceptance in line with lead times and safety rules.
• Ensure projects meet technical standards.
• Assist operators during the handover of projects.

Required profile/qualities
• 2 to 3 years of higher education in thermal engineering, climate engineering, energy or equivalent
experience.
Self-sufficiency, ability to listen, teamwork, attention to detail and safety awareness.
