Every year, we welcome dozens of interns and apprentices of all abilities, whether on vocational training programmes or graduating from engineering and business schools.

Apprenticeships: why not work in a forward-looking industry and study at the same time?

Apprenticeship schemes help to bring young people into the company and let them learn hands-on from our own experience.
We hired more than 150 apprentices across all regions in 2016, proving that work‑study programmes can provide a unique opportunity to learn new skills and join the company.

We offer a wide range of apprenticeships in all business lines, covering everything from technicians to engineers.
Most schemes leading to qualifications involve courses at Campus Dalkia: sites include Lomme (Lille), Lyon and Jonzac (near Cognac).

Through our close ties with schools and universities, we offer opportunities for dozens of interns at every level, whether on vocational training programmes or graduating from engineering and business schools.

These placements not only give interns an opportunity to learn more about Dalkia's business and find their feet in the company; they also allow us to see how people adapt first hand with a view to hiring in the future.

Dalkia employs 7,000 technicians. Whether mobile or site-based, these technicians cover operation, maintenance and repair of thermal installations ranging from medium to high output facilities.
