We hired more than 150 apprentices across all regions in 2016, proving that work‑study programmes can provide a unique opportunity to learn new skills and join the company.
We offer a wide range of apprenticeships in all business lines, covering everything from technicians to engineers.
Most schemes leading to qualifications involve courses at Campus Dalkia: sites include Lomme (Lille), Lyon and Jonzac (near Cognac).

These placements not only give interns an opportunity to learn more about Dalkia's business and find their feet in the company; they also allow us to see how people adapt first hand with a view to hiring in the future.

- The quality of candidates and the compatibility between the job requirements and the candidate's level/type of studies.
- Administrative formalities.
- Students on school placements can only join the company if an internship agreement has been signed between the school, the intern and the company.
