Dalkia’s approach to hospitality management uses Chatbot (a virtual assistant able to answer questions from customers) in conjunction with connected devices like Haru and GreenMe to empower residents to actively control their energy consumption. Our ongoing advances bring us ever closer to our customers and help them actively pursue the energy transition.
